The BIGGEST concerns people have is leaving their loved ones with strangers, as they should be.  Second to Family completely understands this worry and has designed their business specifically with this in mind.

For starters, Second to Family owner, Diana Anderson will hand select your prospective caregivers after accessing the clients condition, needs and family dynamics.  Once the caregiver is selected the owner will personally brief the caregiver regarding client care plan and a start date established.

Your family will have the owner’s phone number to contact during designated hours with any questions or concerns.  The owner will check in daily with the caregiver to get updates and address any and all necessary details with the family as needed.
